An expressive, medium-bodied style of Pinot Noir with flavours of forest berries and dark cherries and a round and supple finish. Winemaker Olivier Mandeville makes this wine with Pinot Noir grapes grown at the foot of the Montagne Noire in the Languedoc region of southern France. Served at room temperature, a soft and supple red like this makes a very versatile food wine. Try it with poultry, beef or lamb and works equally well with creamy sauces or spicy seasonings. Medium bodied.
