An elegant claret with a superb combination of vibrant fruitiness and savoury flavours with a refined food-friendly finish. This unoaked, mainly Merlot blend was selected from grapes grown in the Entre-deux-Mers region of Bordeaux at the family-owned château run by M. Nadau and his two daughters.This classic style of mid-weight claret infused with tobacco and pepper character is ideal as a foil for delicately flavoured dishes such as roast chicken with glazed winter vegetables, or a nut roast with oven-baken potatoes
